I'd call the color more smoky-gray , which is what i wanted. I got king size for my queen bed so it would hang to floor. The quilt is lightweight but provides just enough warmth. I recommend

Thin but prettier than in the picture
I bought a King for my queen size bed because it's high and I like the quilt to give further down on the sides. I'm so happy with the way this looks. My bedroom has a lot of white and gold touches so this is perfect
