Hundred Percent Great Chair! Easy to setup!
I like the Massage Chair, as it helps with Back massage, I love how quiet it feels when doing the massage! This chair offers a variety of massage techniques, adjustable features, and airbag massage. It also comes with a remote control and for its overall effectiveness I give 5 Stars. You cant go wrong with this chair!

Disappointing
It took several weeks to get it. I finally settled for the brown chair (which is ugly) so that I wouldn't have to wait any longer. The controls are very disappointing. I cannot use the android app on my Samsung phone. Does not have genuine leather. I expected a lot more for $5,000!
