I've been an Escort user for years. I recently decided to mount my detector up on my rear view mirror but my older Passport didn't have Bluetooth so I lost the functionality of the Escort Live Cord so I couldn't use the app. A new Max 360 solved the problem! I drive a 800HP Shelby, and it's so easy to drive too fast in a matter of seconds. My new Max 360 helps to keep me in line and protects my clean license! Highly recommended.

Brilliant radar detector very few false notifications which are corrected when you pass them a few times. My 3rd purchase of this product it's very very effective

Seems way better then old XI but I'm 64 years old and not good with APPS. So when I asked for a written set of instruction manual I was told.:" ​Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately we do not carry paper manuals. All of our manuals are digital and listed on our website under support. We apologize for the inconvenience. ​ Have a great day" So I have to look at the web site every time and try to make a change? Or I can find someone to print it for me? For a $500 unit you think they could send me all the manuals.

Works well and easily removeable when you come and go from your car. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I recently finished my first road trip (4 days) using my new Max 360. What a great sense of security. It picked up radar signals far in advance of my earlier model. And the directional feature is a huge upgrade. I love knowing which direction the radar is coming from. And it lets you know when it passes from in front to behind you. I also like being able to set the speed so that when I exceed that speed, the Max 360 tells you to slow down. It's just a nice little reminder which you may, or may not, obey. Overall, I would recommend the MAX360 to anyone interested in knowing where the radars are.

Delete k and x band for Arizona, it only beeps on KA, which is the police, gives you enough of an alert to adjust your driving if your going with the flow of traffic and it's over the speed limit. Used for responsible drivers it is a great tool to include in situational awareness driving patterns, get the ADon m1 and your covered with the DashCam

I received this item in perfect shape except for the fact that I'm asked online registered it will not let me do it I've made multiple calls can never get through got called back once at a time when I didn't have the machine with me so we discussed some basic principles that really didn't apply to me and I've been a customer of yours for probably somewhere between 30 and 40 years if my memory serves me correctly and this is clearly a decline that is A dealbreaker because without good support service even if the machine is nice it's not an adequate purchase. If you can't afford tech-support you probably shouldn't afford to make the thing anymore

Product is good. Customer Service is horrendous. Ordered Max 360 on 11/26. Saw it on sale for $30 less on 11/28. Called on 11/29 for price adjustment. Had to continuously call back 8 times because their hold queue was overwhelmed. Was on hold for over 30 min. Finally spoke to a gentleman who said, "No problem, we'll credit you $30". Well, it's Dec 21 and no refund. Also, the call queue is still jammed up.

Detector will not sync with computer. Customer Service is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with via email or phone and Sales said to just return the detector for a full refund. If Escort doesn't want to try to troubleshoot a problem and doesn't care about customer satisfaction, then I will be returning this detector.
