Escort MAX 360c MKII Radar Detector - Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Exceptional Range, Apple CarPlay® Android Auto®

Escort Max 360c MKII was a huge upgrade over the 9500iX. It reduced the bad notifications and improved range/accuracy. The latest software is being used and truly enjoyed the benefits of this new radar detector. I was hesitant based on older reviews, but the new software version appears to make a difference.

My first two weeks with it have been hugely successful. It saved me today with an alert I couldn't see until I was on top of the police car. I have been waiting for the bugs to get worked out and V1. 6 has done that nicely. I am getting alerts in plenty of time to adjust my speed and avoid tickets. The arrows respond very nicely as well. The Bluetooth and WiFi makes it easy to make adjustments and changes. Highly recommended!

I recently used this detector on a trip from California to Utah and back and it worked great. It is a huge improvement over my old escort from 20+ years ago!! The filtering was nice and the chirping is so much more pleasant than the beeping of the old radar. Only issue is that the screen and especially the direction arrows are hard to see in the daylight. But it worked really well and gave me a comfort while driving. Thank you!!

I have had my new Escot MAX 360c MKII for about a month now. It has been a very long time since have used an escort radar dector. WOW how they have improved this dector. I really love the way it will learn your routes and remember false inputs and store them. I also like the "Drive Smarter APP" which allows you to where radar signals are located and you can also report where a radar signal is located to warn other drivers. My wife also loves it. . . . so that means I will be buying her one as well. YES I would recommend this Escort MAX 360c as an outstanding unit!!!!

Operating and understanding all the features was a much steeper learning curve than my last couple of Escort radar detectors, but it was well worth the time. I had some struggles with getting the the most current operating system loaded and setting up the wifi. I contacted customer support and they were fabulous. Super helpful. The representitve was extremely kind and patient as it took a some time to get everything sorted, step by step. They even offered up some helpful tips that I did not ask questions about. In March, we took a 2800 road mile trip through Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Southern California. I was beyond thrilled with the perfromace of this radar detector, I have no idea how I how ever traveled without this amazing piece of technology. Honestly, at first, I thought the price was a bit daunting, but in using now for three months, it was well worth every single penny. And without question, it's already paid for itself several times over in warnings that likely would have resulted in penalties. Consider me one of the converted. I can't live wihtout it.

There is some connectivity issues with it and my BMW. It doesn't want to share the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi with my Apple carplay sometimes. Sometimes it just turns off (this may be a settings/me issue). That's the only negatives I have, and they can likely be fixed via patch. There are very little false alerts compared to my old Max360. The app is nice, but I'm not sure I'll pay for it unless they partner with Waze. That would be amazing. It looks and feels really well built. Once the pricing on laser shifters eventually come down I look forward to adding them to my detector. Great product! I'd buy it again.

First trip using my new Escort Max 360c MKII was uneventful (which is good). Still learning to deal with all the false alerts (perhaps roadside signs or where cops used to be?), but got very early alerts for actual radar locations (which is why I bought this model and love the way the device shows alerts on the Drive Smarter app. Overall very happy with my purchase. Escort did fix a bug with my old detector where the app turned the music down during an alert and would not turn it back up after the alert.

I had Ka false alerts constantly through almost my entire (to and from) 8 hour trips. Fortunately I was able to detect a couple of legitimate alerts, but could have easily missed them due to the ongoing false Ka alerts. Personally I have to believe cell phones play a part in this. I understood there were ways to filter these false alerts out but have been unable to figure it out myself. I have reached out to the company directly but have yet to hear back.

I returned my purchase. The power cord was too short, the display was too small, and the brightness was insufficient to see in the daytime. the worst part was no instructions. I still don't know what revision I had or how to update it. It had Bluetooth, yet no way to activate it. For the cost and all the feathers, there were no instructions on how to activate them. It was also big and clunky.

Nice piece of equipment, but updating it has turned into an absolute nightmare. Tried using the mini usb plug on the side, but all I get is a low voltage warning as it powers down. The work around is to do it in the vehicle, but you have to disable android auto/apple play. It's 2026. Updating a device should not be this daunting.
