This is a good item for clear vinyl print with a inkjet printer. Did not smear but there are directions to follow to prevent smearing so read them. The material is durable but easy to cut with the correct cutting tools. The adhesive is my only problem, it did not bind well to foam glow light sticks. The edges rolled up. I'm not sure if it's the foam or the adhesive but I have to go with a four otherwise I recommend for other projects.

This is great for printing out full sheets of stickers which I have to cut out individually or use my brother scan and cut machine to print and cut after printing on the stickers first.

inkjet printing did not dry after hours. face became tacky when wiped with water it is nice and clear as advertised vs translucent
