They handyman I used to install the shelf had a difficult time figuring out how to place it in the ceiling. Other than that, the purchase was perfect in that. I have a place to put all of my extra bins and get them off the floor of my garage.

I have purchased and installed this storage rack before. This time is a bit of a challenge because it's going above a roll up garage door. It will fit the minimum height of 22” however . These racks are sturdy and good looking. A good way to get stuff off the floor.

Very functional. Keeps storage items out of your way in the garage. Save on renting a storage unit. Racks are not ugly or hard to assemble.

So far so good. All the parts are in the box and the instructions seem clear enough. It showed up 10 days ahead of time when we weren't home to put it away.

I ordered the shelf that supposedly included hooks/racks for hanging belo and all I got was just the shelf! Reached out to the seller and got an automated message about delivery and “the carrier encountered issues” delivering. Follow up message has been sent regarding actual issue and will update review as warranted!

The grid panel I ordered arrived bent, which was disappointing. After contacting Walmart's customer service, I learned that this item was sold by a third-party vendor. They assured me I would receive an email regarding a replacement within 48 hours, but I'm still waiting to hear back. My garage project is currently on hold until this issue is resolved, making for a frustrating experience overall.

Received shelf but still did not receive the Angi service for installation. This has been rescheduled thrice.
