We are very happy and excited to have a new ladder the old one we had was broken for a long time and we finally purchased this one. It is much lighter so it's easier to carry and overall it's sturdy especially when you lock it in place I'm glad we bought this to replace our old one.

I am really happy with my new stepstool. I love that. It has four steps instead of the regular three governor stepstool, because now I can get just a little bit higher. It seems very secure - i'm a bigger girl and I feel completely stable on it. I also feel fine letting my young son on it as well. I like the little tool holder that comes with it because there have definitely been times where I've needed tools and I'd have to keep going up and down to get new ones is not always fun.

This is my first ladder since moving into my apartment, and I couldn't be happier with it! It feels super stable, and the wide anti-slip steps make me feel safe while climbing. The locking mechanism keeps it securely in place, so there's no wobbling. I also love how easy it is to fold and store when I'm not using it. very nice and well made. the fold down tool holder is pretty much low budget. I'm surprised with the ladder nice as it is they didn't come up with a better plan for it

It is easy to handle due to the narrow width. Sturdy and well made. I removed attachment holder and metal clip. Perfect now.
