Got this in exchange for my honest opinion and review and It's Amazing! First off the directions are extremely easy to understand, Filling up the clear reservoir was easy especially when it was clearly marked with max fill , The operation is easily the most straight forward to learn . Love that it comes with two different size stainless steel filter pods and the carafe locks in smoothly and separates with ease when you are finished. The colorful depictions of the selections is a really cool futuristic design and it just makes the entire compact machine look sleek and sofisticated like a lotus sitting in your driveway. When I went to froth or steam some milk ,it was super easy, plenty of heat and gave me plenty of Foamy white delicious fluff for the top of at least 2 cups ! As soon as this arrived I was immediately thrilled like a kid on Christmas morning and wasn't satisfied until I tried each setting so I'm more than pleased and also quite hyper caffeinated! Definitely recommend this machine if you are looking for a simple unique futuristic coffee ☕ experience on your counter top ! I have not used this much but I think I'm really going to like it. It's the right size, price and the functions I am looking for.
