I had planed to buy a Delta because I have had nothing short of being the most dependable faucet I have ever bought. I'm in my mid 60's and been buying Delta for 40+ years. You may ask yourself; How often will I use the touch feature? Well I'm here to tell you,how about 95% of the time. Add there Customer Service and you simply can't go wrong. Thanks Delta Charlie

Bought this when we built a new house wondering if it would hold up. Absolutely love the touch feature! And it’s still working after 4.5 years. Just recently, the battery holder seems to be malfunctioning so we’ll hopefully get that replaced. But we’ve been really happy with our purchase. Visitors always comment on how useful it is.

While renovating our kitchen I we agreed to upgrade to either a wave or touch operated kitchen faucet. After looking at various products we decided to purchase the 9913T-AR-DST model and we are so happy we did. The installation was very easy, which took about 30 minutes and the functionality is faultless. The LED light is perfect as it not just indicates the temperature of the water it also indicates if the water should be running. The functions allows us to see if we actually turned the water off by the lever and the valve is open. We now have been able to fully utilize our new kitchen for over two weeks and we just totally enjoy the new faucet. Another great idea is the lever moves to the front and with no restriction of movement with the back splash. There is one thing we had to adjust until it was right was the weight to withdraw the sprayer head, but we do have additional plumbing underneath the sink that may cause the hose to get hung up. Overall, for the price, function and quality, we believe this was a great investment. Thank you Delta!

Love the faucet and the convenience of touch spray - have had about a month and the red light is now always on even when water is cold. What do I need to do - unplugged ac and battery pack - still red. Hard to rate this s 5 with this feature not working. Ron

The new house we moved into in April 2020 came equipped with a Touch2O kitchen faucet. What a great idea during meal preparation, where rinsing food or hands frequently (but not continuously) is desirable. After only three months however, the water won't turn back on after touching to turn it off - no Water! After 10 or 15 minutes it does seem to reset, so the water can be again turned on, but using the touch feature again repeats the problem. Since the house is still under warranty, the installer will be coming by to evaluate and resolve the problem, but in the meantime, we are left with a useless touch feature with little assurance the same problem will not repeat.

I have had this for 2 years and never gave it any thought, but the water pressure is so low, I love the touch idea, but the water pressure coming out is so low, I can hardly clean plates off. I think the mechanism that allows water through is either bad or to obstructive. I would like to try a different one to see if the same issue will occur.

We bought this item eight months ago. Over the last month there has been an intermittent failure. It simply stops working. And what I mean is that water isn't able flow through the faucet. I could almost live with it if the problem were simply the "touch on/off" feature. However, a kitchen sink without water isn't pleasant. We've installed new batteries and looked for loose connections. The light at the base illuminates when the faucet is touched.... so ... I'm on my way to the hardware store to replace it today.

Bought this a year ago. The faucet handle is very sensitive and I have difficulty getting the pressure of the water at a happy medium - it trickles, or blasts out spraying water all over the back of the sink and the counters. Also if the batteries go low the faucet will NOT work at all. The touch is also not very good - half the time I tap the faucet, it doesn't turn on. Very disappointed with this faucet and the price I paid for it. It looks nice though, but who cares how it looks when it doesn't work.
