Good for re-balancing the Ph of digestive system
I really like this brand of ionized alkaline water. There are times when my stomach reacts to regular tap water, filtered tap water, and/or regular SmartWater. My body goes through times when the acidity in my system is just out of balance. This product really helps when that happens. I don't drink it all the time. I only drink it when I have adverse reactions, burning stomach, to other water(s) I have available. I hope this helps someone. Thank you.

Essentia Alkaline Water
I live alone, so the 6 pack is perfect for me. *Tip: Do not drink 2 hrs before or after a meal, because it will interfere with digestion, since it lowers acidity levels.

Water I buy five times a week!
I love this water! It’s not prohibitively expensive, and it tastes how you’d want water to taste! No funky flavors needed, just water that’s in a bottle that’s pretty sturdy and could be recycled or reused a few times before it actually needs to be tossed!

Alkaline water is for suckers
Alkaline can NOT get past your stomach in any amount so any health claims are pseudoscience. I tried it for a tender stomach issue, always sore from acidity after a heavy dose of a steroid medication damaged my stomach lining. I will only use alkaline water until my stomach heals. It is constant small doses of acid reduction every time you sip, a more steady acid control than chewing an antacid tablet twice a day. May help with some ulcers or reflux too. I can make tea or instant coffee with it as well. ALWAYS RECYCLE YOUR EMPTY BOTTLES, OR DON'T BUY IT IN PLASTIC!
