I appreciate jet since my products safely and securely and readily I initially looked at this product searching for a water that has a higher level of pH balance and I found it here thank you very much very happy about this product will do my purchases again through Jet. I've been drinking this water for approximately a month now because my best friend recommended it to me. It's very refreshing and I highly recommend it. It's expensive but great water.

Love this water!! Alkaline water is very good for your acid reflux if you have it. I do and it definitely helps balance it out. Please rest assure you will feel a difference in your stomach after drinking it for a while.

I love this water the taste is like you are drinking crisp water no taste at all. I love it real cold. You keep drinking and drinking I say go for it

order every time I love it I can get it by the case

the bottle caps were almost impossible to open

The product is as advertised, however the packaging on the Essentia 24-bottle case has broken every time I get it. This latest time, one bottle apparently fell out and was placed back in upside down (that was a clue) Even in the best case, the built-in hand holds rip open. Would be 5 stars, but their packaging needs a serious upgrade.

CAUTION if you want this item shipped: I marked it ship to my front door. It's heavy and that's why I have it delivered. Apparently this item will never be shipped to your door because it's not in stock at the Walmart warehouse. It's shipped third-party from UPS so it goes into a postal mailbox or if you live in an apartment, it goes to the UPS Boxes in the apartment. For me that's like a block away.

Came with 23 bottles and a piece of paper bag crinkled up in the missing bottle's spot. Would let it slide but this water is expensive😑
