Essential Formulas Dr. Ohhiras Probiotics 100 Capsule

I love everything about these probiotics, they keep my guts in proper working order and regular. I tried going off of them to try something cheaper and regretted it. Unfortunately thems the breaks, if you want quality you have to pay for it. I can get by with only one a day unless I've been sick( which is rare) then I double up. I take them before breakfast and they keep any upset in check. Fermentation is the key!

Great probiotic ! Makes you regular and good for immune support . You can even chew it and have the good probiotics and prebiotics line youre esophagus. It's tolerable taste wise to chew it . Just follow it up with a drink . Its about a dollar a pill but worth it . You got to Treat yourself !

So my flora and fauna flips out every once in a while it can be very painful a lot of pressure and I take two of these at one setting and everything goes back to normal sometimes within 20 minutes. I can't remember to take them every day but when they need to go there and they work very well.
