So-so
The box was beat up, dented, ripped, and punctured—so I feared the exerciser might be damaged. It wasn't, as far as I can tell; just a bit dirty. However, the "adjustable tension" consists of screwing a bolt down to create tension with the rod that the pedals are attached to. It is quite hard to use, and I'm not satisfied with the amount of tension, thus the 3 stars. For the price, though, I'm keeping it. It's okay for me; I'm no athlete.
