love it! got my machine nice and clean!! doesn't have a stong smell and didn't leave a taste in my ice like the other brand left. if you don't mind doing a little back and forth dumping ice i would definitely recommend it!

the descaling solution arrived quite quickly. As to how it works...it cleanedy machine nicely. it did take several run throughs but i font have soft water and the scaling was heavy so i ran it thru three times then ran clean water thru several times so it is a time consuming project but its just like new and my ice actually tastes good again.

The formula worked great, so it does what it's supposed to do. However the instructions don't accommodate to different machines or sizes. I wish it specified amount and to what size and type of machine

i received a empty pacage through the mail that had damge too it and was obvious cause the carrier had noticed it even and marked it damged 3 didfdernt tiems and i wnat my money back on this
