Have used this for several years now and it works great. I have a 20k gallon pool and one bottle never works by itself but two makes the pool look brand new again. Truly amazing to get the metal stains off the sides, bottom, etc. They suggest using a filler supplement on top of your regular filter (we have cartridge) and then cleaning the filter for best results. I just wish the instructions were clearer for how long after you’ve run the filter that you should clean it. For the past several years this works great to remove stains but I usually get them back by the end of the summer. It could be that we just have high mineral content water. Anyway, if you follow the instructions this will work wonders on your fiberglass pool.

This was one of the most unsatisfactory products I have ever purchased. I bought 2 bottles through Amazon Prime. I have an inground pool and had 2 metal stains near surface and some dirt stains on the side and bottom. I followed the instructions to the letter. This product did not affect the stains at all. I tried the procedure a second time also to no avail. I can honestly state that the pool was the same after the procedures. This was about 3 weeks ago- I immediately Emailed the company and have not had a response. It seems the customer service is as atrocious as this product.
