essie Expressie Quick-Dry, Yellow Nail Polish, Don't Hate, Curate, 0.33 fl oz

[Employee of walmartcanada] I got this product a month ago free from topbox to try and review. I give this nail polish a great rating because, it drys fast, doesn't have a strong smell, and has a flat brush makes it easier to paint small nails. I painted my 2 year olds nails and they dried quick so she didn't smudge them. I definitely recommend this product.

I just bought this polish and used it for the first time 4 days ago. I highly recommend it for a few reasons. It dried very quick! I don't have patience to wait for my nails to dry and than I always smudge them. I would say they fully dried in about 5 min. (At one minute I could start using my hands but the polish felt a little tacky.) The color is more purple than mauve but its still very pretty!

This color is definitely more grayish purple in person. Dusty lavender almost. Really nice brush to use for each hand. Dries literally in 2 mins if you put 2 light coats on which (is all you need). Also really easy to scrape excess polish off of cuticles. When it dries a little you can almost pull it off in pieces. I've had it on for 4 days and no chipping so far!

Love this polish. It's a quick and easy way to add some shine to my nails. I used to buff them to get them to shine like this--until I learned that I'm essentially delaminating my nails whenever I do that. It's not good for them! This polish lets me have that clean, well-kept look without the damage. Note: this ISN'T a top coat--it's not for sealing your colored polish. It's just a quick-dry clear coat for added shine to natural nails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Expressie Crop Top & Roll nail polish is a very pretty pale pink color. I found the formula to be very thick and hard to spread, which made it streaky to apply. I liked that it dried more quickly than other nail polishes. Unfortunately it chipped for me within 2 days, without any real stress to my nails. It does wipe off cleanly and quickly though with regular polish remover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was so excited to try Expressie Crop Top & Roll! I got it as a free sample from PinchMe. The color looked great in the bottle, but once it was on my hands I looked a bit like a cadaver. It was too gray-ish, and I have a skin tone that generally doesn't clash with neutral colors. Pros: It dried pretty fast! Impressive!! Cons: It dried so fast that I couldn't paint it on smoothly before it dried mid brush-stroke. Here's the major con: this polish looked great for about 2 hours, then began to chip. After 2 days, my polish looked like it was 11 days old, and I don't work with my hands or anything. It says it doesn't need a base or top coat, but I really think it might need a base coat so it won't chip. All in all, good concept, but not-so-great execution.

I was excited to see that Essie created a quick dry nail polish, but am disappointed in the quality. As soon as the bottle was exposed to air it started to dry and get stringy. This happened when I was still painting the first half of my nails! If you're a fan of quick dry nail polish or are in a hurry, there are better brands!

I'm pretty new to using nail polish but I have purchased 2 different colors from this line I have shade 356( a light purple) and this shade. Shade 356 is lovely dried quick and stayed looking relatively nice for about 5 days a very long time for me as I pick at my nails very frequently and it applied like a dream. It took about 10 minutes to: prep nails, apply, and have the polish be fully dry. When I saw this black color available I was excited and expected it to have a similar performance, but it did not. I have tried this shade three different times but every time the polish applies streaky, dries un-evenly, and after about thirty minutes of dry time it is still so wet that that if you touch it it makes an indent in the polish even with only one thin layer applied. I was very disappointed in this polish especially compared to my positive experience with the other shade of this same line.

I d never bought expressie before but loved the colour of this varnish so though I d give it a go. It is impossible to apply without it going streaky. I ve tried it with and without base, thick and thin, I ve shaken it thoroughly and it just doesn't go on well. Pity as the colour is lovely, but I m not going to try any other expressie s again. I also see I m not the only one with the same problem!

I love a quick dry nail polish! I especially love a quick dry, clear, top coat. Unfortunately, THIS IS NOT QUICK DRY! It says it is, but it certainly isn't. I've used this product twice now, expecting it to dry quickly as a clear top coat. Both times, HOURS later (when it certainly should be thoroughly dry) this polish smears, scratches and ruins what should have been a simple and QUICK manicure. Horrible.
