I really like this nail strengthening polish. It is easy to use and fast drying. I was surprised that the polish stayed on for so long, mine usually peels within four days and this one lasted a week. I used two coats as directed and did not use a base coat or top coat. It is not as shiny as I usually wear and it is a very sheer tint that you can hardly see. I think I will use a third coat next time so that the color shows more.

I'm a fan of Essie polish and this color is a neutral lavender grey. Very happy.

This nail polish creates a strong top coat. If the color is too light, add more layers. I love this nail polish!

I've been using different brands of nail polish for weak/brittle nails for a couple of years to help repair the damage of the acrylic nails I wear through the winter. Typically the options I had available that worked were clear and pretty pricey, and you go through it pretty quickly, applying coats every other day! When I found this new line by essie, I was excited! It had a selection of lovely colours and it only requires two coats once a week! And it was half the price of the other brands I was buying! So, does it stand up to what it claims? Yes! For me, it's been great. I find it chips pretty quickly, but the polish is coming off, not my nails, and my nails are growing in nice and healthy! Can't recommend this product enough!

The advantages of using this nail polish are unsurpassed. It's a long-lasting nail polish which helps straighten my nails. Moreover, I don't need a base or a top coat with this nail polish! Amazing! The formula is my absolute favorite, and the applicator brush makes it easier to apply. I enjoy doing my own nails every week, and this is my new favorite go-to nail polish! I would recommend it to any person who doesn't like to spend money to get a manicure, as this nail polish is a great choice for anyone.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was gifted my Essie TLC metallics to try out and used it for the recommended 7 days. I found that the colour was very pretty. Keep in mind that if you're used to using thin coats when applying your nail polish, you will have to use 2 thick coats to ensure even application of colour. I found that it did start chipping after about 5 days, though, so you might want to apply more often to keep your manicure looking great. The strengthener in this is really effective. If you are using this to help strengthen your nails after using false nails keep in mind that the strengthener in this product is so strong that it can make thin nails brittle. I would recommend using cuticle oil every day to keep some flexibility in your nails to prevent them from breaking. All-in-all, I would recommend this product to people I know that are looking for pretty nails as well as stronger nails.

So I was not disappointed at all with the TLC metallic. First. The color I chose, very happy. It's like a grey with tones of green/blue. When I look at my nails, its shining of these three colors. Love it! Easy to applicate. Thick texture, the drying took less longer than I thought. So good point here. Overall experience. It was excellent. I totally recommend this product and I will definitely buy another color.

I thought the colour I ordered was light blue, but it's actually like an opalescent shimmery white, very pretty but not opaque at all I had to use like 6 coats to make it opaque. After wearing it for a while still hasn't chipped and my nails feel nice and not dry at all.

It was a very pretty polish, but made my nails brittle and I broke 4 of my nails. Maybe it's something in me, but other polishes never made them brittle.
