Love the thickness of the carafe and the plastic lid is thicker too. Stands up to Sun Tea making and is easy to hold and carry. I am using one for laundry beads and one for tea making. They are really nice.

This is something I needed for juices when it gets lower amount in the big container I buy. I add it to these carafe to make more space in my fridge... Very good and thick, hea y carafe... I'm happy I bought them.

You can tell these carafes were made with sturdy but non heavy glass. They're large but not so large that they don't fit in the fridge. I bought them to hold my milk and juice. Perfect size for a quart of milk. And a standard 32 ounce jug of juice.

These are the size I was looking for. They are very pretty and seal tightly. They are more affordable and functional than others I looked at. I'm glad I found them. I might purchase another for a gift.
