Estroven Plus Mood & Memory Caplets 30 Caplets (Pack of 2)

Has been great relieving my hot flashes during menopause. If run out or skip a few days I can tell a big difference. I don't know if it boosts mood, but great for hot flashes. The equate brand is also just as good. I have been using both for two years.

I'm past officially needing this but it helps me with mood and gives me a little energy boost< wish they had bigger packages of it but i might experiment with the other varieties if the basic formula is the same

I absolutely LOVE these supplements. They make me feel so much better everyday. I have more energy throughout the day and I am in a way better mood as well ! And Bonus..... they made my hair grow like crazy !! This is the only thing on the market that worked for me. I tried everything. The key is taking everyday it takes about two weeks to get into your system good. After a month I was sleeping through the night, able to focus and concentrate better and wasn't snapping at the least little thing.

This works great for my premenopausal symptoms (Irritability, hot flashes, trouble sleeping,). It took about a week to really work, but I'm so thankful (and so is my family)for this safe supplement. I haven't experienced any side effects.

The Estroven brand is much better than the generic Walmart brand. The generic made me feel jittery and anxious after taking it. I only purchased it because the store was out of stock on the Estroven brand. Excellent product, very surprised at how well it works. A great substitute because of natural ingredients opposed to prescription that has side affects.

zzit has helped mood, concentration, and hot flashed

I just turned 47 and have tested negative for perimenopause with my Dr for years, but shown symptoms since turning 40. I started my menstrual cycle at 9. I started taking this version of Estroven due to severe irritability/mood swings and it has helped significantly. Combined with exercise and healthy eating - these work very well.

be aware if you have certain type of allergies this may trigger it very strong product but it does help hot flashes don't last as long and seems to ease my menstrual cramps good brand recommend for women with menopause issues

So sorry to write a bad review on a product that works so well! This totally relieved most of my symptoms within 48 hours of use! I was shocked. But I was disappointed when I took time to read the ingredient list. Titanium dioxide? Sunflower oil is in the mood boost! You could really save money by not adding in these bad ingredients. It would be healthy for the customers and cheaper for you. It's a win-win situation! But no you'd rather give us bad ingredients so your product looks pretty and bright colored. Unnecessary! I'll just go to another supplier that is not concerned about the frills and just wants the mood swings to go away without adding bad ingredients for aesthetic purposes!
