This product has helped with my hot flashes significantly! I have been using them for over a year now and will continue.

After months of feeling severely sleep deprived, I finally hit my limit when I drove the wrong way up a one way road. My Dr. said I wasn't ready for hormones, but I knew I needed to do something. I've been taking this for 3 weeks now and am finally sleeping through the night without constant hot flashes and then feeling freezing because I threw off all of the covers. I was skeptical, but this product really did help me.

I was absolutely miserable and exhausted every morning as I was not sleeping due to hot flashes. I would have at least four a night. Constantly throwing off the covers and waking my poor husband. Started Estroven Sleep and prayed it would work quickly! After about three weeks it kicked in and I feel so much better.not a single hot flash night or day. Love it and am so thankful!

I bought the nighttime one...my flashes were frequent and lasted longer at night. I have been taking this for less than two weeks. The daytime flashes are few and last for a brief period of time...but I bid a hearty farewell to the nighttime flashes...ZERO for me..I sleep amazing and wake up feeling like a million bucks!!! I would be a speaker for the company....for FREE!!!!

Wow, where do I begin? I am grateful, beyond words, for this product!! It actually does everything it claims to do. I am 59 & now post menopausal. And have not been able to sleep, through the night, for years. I refused to take sleeping pills, so when I found this product, I saw a glimmer of hope. But never, would I have believed, such life changing results. I now sleep through the night & no more night sweats & hot flashes. You have no idea, how much of a positive impact, this product has had on my life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!!!

My head, face, back and pretty much everything else was sweating and had for years. My Dr wouldn't prescribe hormones stating I was too old. I saw this product on store shelf and purchased. I love it! Almost all my sweating is gone. I can wear foundation again because it doesn't slide down my face. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it is not your have to go to a restroom to towel off or have a salesperson ask me if I'm all right. I told my Dr and he even wrote down the name and where to buy. Oh by the way I'm sleeping better and I no longer sweat.

I have been using this product for almost a year now. I know that it works for me because I stopped taking it several months ago and my symptoms of night sweats and waking up (and not falling back to sleep) were reoccurring until I started the Sleep Cool back up!

Although it's hard to know definitively, I do believe it helps somewhat for hot flashes. As for sleeping, it probably helps some but I use it every night and have not tried going without for the duration of my use.

I started taking Estrogen Sleep Cool. After 4 weeks it started working...fewer hot flashes and finally sleeping. But after apprx 4 months of taking every day it is NO LONGER WORKING AT ALL!!!! I am so disappointed and upset. I wake up 15 -30 times a night.
