It takes my polish off easily. There's no scrubbing. comes out easily with a cotton ball.. I use the lacquer polish. it is hard to get off with regular-polish. remover bought in the store.

Bought it to take lacquer off a brass door knocker. Worked like a charm. Took a rag wash cloth, wound the knocker up in it and saturated the rag. Left a little while. FANTASTIC ! Job

No smell
What I liked is that the smell is toned down. I opened it thinking I was gonna get that usual strong smell and I was surprised. It still smells but not so strong. I used it to remove my daughters black nail polish. It took off the color entirely in one swipe. It left a little residue but it worked well.
