Ethical Bean Classic Medium Roast Fairtrade Organic Whole Bean Coffee, 12 oz Bag

As a business owner, my morning doesn't truly start until I have my first cup of coffee, and this one from Ethical Bean is fantastic. It has a balanced, smooth flavor but with character, and the aroma while brewing is amazing. I love that it's organic and fair trade; it makes me feel good knowing I'm consuming a high-quality and responsible product. It's exactly the energy boost I need to tackle my day. Today I grinder up some classic coffee and it was good. The smell of it grinding to the smell of it brewing gets you excited to try! Then you take the first sip and its smooth and good. This coffee was good but a bit too light for my tastebuds. Regardless, its a great coffee for anyone who is not a darker brew type of person. This coffee is light, and theres more hint to the acidity. I love that the company takes care of the farmers with fair trade, and that the coffee is free from pesticides and organic. The packaging is even better with the resealable zip at the top. Im going to try to double the amount of coffee per cup of water to see if it gives more of a rich bodied or darker taste. My first go, all I could taste was a hint of coffee with my cream. I can tell the flavor is good, but not as full bodied as the medium-dark Lush I tried the day before. The classic coffee option is just as good as other flavors I have tried. I love the idea that farmers are being paid fairly and that you can source all the beans in the bag. I recently tried the Classic Ethical Bean coffee for the first time and it had a nice, smooth flavor. If medium roast is your thing this is a good option! This was the third one out of this brand I tried. It was very mild, almost watery & slightly sour as well. It didnt have a very full flavor. But I used a heaping TBS for every 2 cups water so maybe with more, it would be better.
