Ethique Cream Body Cleanser Bar - Lime & Lemongrass - 3.7oz

Such a great alternative to drying bar soaps or wasteful washes. The scent is light and crisp, the bar leaves my skin feeling hydrated and there's none of that filmy feel of other brands' bars. So far the bar seems to last a good while as well. Overall, absolutely no complaints.

I absolutely love this bar. The smell is fresh and lovely, it suds plenty for me even though it says it's low sudsing. I live in the mountains of Colorado where the air is dry and the winters are so long. This bar doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or itchy. It actually feels softer than it ever has. Definitely give it a try.

I tried a Lime & Lemongrass mini as a gift before purchasing the full bar, and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of lather! While the Sweet Orange & Vanilla didn't suds for me AT ALL, the Lime & Lemongrass does so well, I only need to apply it to my shower poof once to soap up my entire body. The full bar has not disappointed, and I find it provides the perfect balance of moisturizing and cleansing. The smell is great too!

So far, this is my favorite product by Ethique! I have a sensitive skin and do not love soap in my body wash so this is a great alternative. The creamy texture of this bar is super moisturizing (I could potentially skip post-shower body butter application here and there, which is a great plus for a day I am short on time). I would love this bar in any scent, but the citrus and lemongrass scent is invigorating and uplifting, which I love!

I���m VERY picky about bodywash bars/soaps. Every one I���ve ever tried has, to some degree, given me a squeaky clean feeling after rinsing that just doesn���t happen with regular bodywash. Sadly, that includes all the Ethique ones I���ve tried- even the sweet orange and vanilla creme bodywash bar. But I love this scent, so I took a chance�Ķ �ĶAnd I���m so glad I did! It lathers just the tiniest bit, so you can actually see how much you���re using, which I love. It smells AMAZING and feels luxurious. And while it still gives me a little bit of that squeakiness, it does so less than anything else I���ve tried. I hope to see more scents in this new formula.

I love this bar because it smells good. I'm not picky about body washes and those are essentially my only two concerns. My husband, however, has extremely sensitive skin. He gets contact dermatitis with the vast majority of body care products and laundry detergents. On top of that, his skin gets extremely dry and flaky at times. This bar has not irritated his skin in the slightest, he loves the smell, and the bit of hydration keeps his skin comfy without needing to risk it on more products he might react to.

I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH!!! I really hate bar soap because of how dry and squeaky my skin feels after wards. I even bought the small tester green one similar to this that is not the cream cleanser to compare. I do not like that one. This one turned me into a bar soap person!!! The cream makes your skin/ legs silky smooth and isn���t dehydrated after getting out of the shower. I also use it to shave as it adds that smooth silky feel to shaving, compared to the queakier movements of soap without cream. I use to use conditioner to shave which is already a hot commodity since my hair is over 2 feet long, so I needed to find a product that kept me from using up my hair product so quickly. It smells amazing! (you may have to love lemongrass) I hate bar hand soap but I may use this as hand soap as well! Hoping it will help with dry winter hands.

When I saw the new release email from Ethique about this product I was keen to try this new bar! It has a great smell, glides over your skin easily, the square shape of the bar is easy to hold and you get a creamy light lather when you work the product in. Now, this product wont give bubbles or much lather like the bodywash bars, but I didn't miss that! A great product, great scent.

My husband and I both like this body bar for how it moisturizes almost like you've put lotion on your skin, but without the heaviness. We live in a hot, usually quite humid climate, and this is perfect for us. It rinses clean, yet leaves the "sailor's skin" on my husband's arms a little softer. I tend to have dry skin, and I can see and feel the difference, more supple and moisturized.

My skin gets stupidly dry in winter so I liked this as a nice hydrating alternative. I used as suggested with a lathering glove and that works really well and makes it last ages, as it's quite soft and creamy so you won't want to be lathering up all over like with a bar of soap or it'll disappear fast. I didn't give it 5 stars because I don't like the scent at all, and hoping you will release one with a sweeter scent i.e. minus the lemongrass.
