Ethique Lime & Ginger Bodywash Bar 4.23 oz

I love how the soap makes my hands feel so soft and smooth when used as a hand soap. Makes my hands feel so much better than chemically produced soap which dries my hands out. My hands would get so dry, crack so much and bleed and I���d need heaps of hand cream. It���s also good as a body soap and also softens my body. Smells lovely as well. Works well with the body butter matching afterwards.

I love the body bars. They lather best with a loofah. I tried a lavender one a few months ago and recorded how many washes it did- 91 washes! At 9 dollars for a bar that is only 10 cents a wash! I love how the packaging is recyclable/compostable too.

This has a lovely refreshing zingy scent. It washes well and keeps its shape even after many washes. I thought it wouldnt last long but have been using it for over a month now! Leaves skin lovely and soft unlike other natural soaps which csn be drying. Definately reccomend

If you don't have super dry skin, this product is going to feel so refreshing and "rich" as you are using it! Lathers perfectly, smells wonderful (fresh, not heavy on fragrance), and definitely cleanses. It also does not just "melt away" by being next to water unlike other "body soaps" that you can find in your nearest grocery/drug store. This bar will definitely last me a while because of how "dense" with product it is. Definitely ditching all of the "body wash" products I used to buy in plastic bottles, and will try out the other body cleanser products to see if one feels better in the wintertime versus summertime for example. Highly recommend - and while you're at it, try their shampoos & conditioners too (they are fabulous).

It smells DELICIOUS! And it's as high-quality as any other soap by Ethique (which is to say, very high-quality). I'm thinking about trying a cream cleanser next winter, because this is a bit drying, but it's less drying than any other soap-based solid cleanser I've used, so still 5 stars. The slight drying effect is only relevant to my normal skin over the winter anyway. Overall, A+, will be buying it again.

I have very sensitive skin, so it's hard for me to find products that don't irritate or dry. I've been using this product for a few months and haven't noticed even the slightest rash or irritation! It's also smells amazing, exactly like lemon-lime soda!

My partner and I are loving this! Smells super fresh and vesty and gets thr job done. I thought he'd struggle with the adjustment from a bottle to a bar but no issues at all! The only small downside is that it doesn't fit in the container with a shampoo bar.

The soap does a good job in general, but I still find myself smelling a little sweaty sometimes if I've been out for a workout before showering. Additionally, the soap tends to fracture if dropped, which is a bit unfortunate, but overall I will probably buy it again- the smell is quite nice.

I���ve been trying to move toward a plastic-free shower routine, so I���ve tried lots of bars. This one smells nice and is long lasting, but dries me out. I realize that the more moisturizers you use, the shorter the life of the bar, but this one is really not moisturizing enough for me.

About me, I have always used natural/castile bar soaps like Dr. Bonners. I came across Ethique from online reviews and decided to give it a try. Ordered Lime & Ginger (Body bar), Heali Kiwi (Shampoo Bar) , also got an opportunity to get free sample size sweet orange & vanilla. First of all, these bars very expensive and so my taste. Packing and shipping was exactly what Ethique said. But, then why use plastic for the seal? Look at soaps from Dr. bonners, they don't advertise but no plastic what so ever. But well, lets try now. Removed the wrapper and first impression- very very mind fragrance, it didn't smell like sweet orange at all. In shower, its very smooth and silky for wet touch and scrubbing. But, very little lather and very very mind to no fragrance. Felt like rubbing thin layer of clay, nothing much. Felt clean after shower (most soap do, anyways) but thats it. Didn't get WOW moment at all. My honest opinion, don't buy this soap with even 50% discount. I do like they are saving earth but i felt like paying for green earth more than soap. I still haven't tried other bars but soon will share the review as well.
