Ethique Sweet orange & Vanilla Bodywash Bar 4.23 oz

This was a second choice after my favorite bar was sold out. It sounded like I would like it on paper, but haven't we all had the experience that sometimes that doesn't work out? This scent is just lovely. The orange comes out nicely and the vanilla just warms it up somehow. 5 Stars!!!

For years, I used Dial Gold Soap. I legitimately liked the smell and feel, but I'll confess that a large part of that aspect of my routine was based on my ideals surrounding masculinity. I thought spending more than $2 on a bar of soap was ridiculous. Well, they changed the formula of the gold soap, and I didn't like it anymore. I had already switched to using nicer shampoos and conditioners, but body soap was my Final Frontier. I still clung to using harsh inexpensive drug store soap as a way of affirming my gender. But the new formula was really drying out my skin, so I decided to give this Ethique soap a try. And I gotta say, I have seen the light. My skin is SOFT, and I feel happy after every shower. The scent is pleasant and light, and doesn't stick around for more than hour after showering (my ideal). It honestly reminds me of those orange soaps you could get in Tokyo that when soaked in water, would fizz away and reveal a hamtaro figurine. So I feel a fun little sense of nostalgia when showering. Anyways, less on me and more on the product. I use it just like a regular bar of soap, scrubbing it directly on my skin. The first time you use it, it isn't super smooth, but by the second shower it glided across my skin just fine. It's hydrating and easy to use. Yes, it's more expensive, but the shipping is free, and you get a little mini when you order too. I am happy and would gladly recommend this product.

Soo happy to have switched to the body wash bar! I wanted to quit plastic bottles but my skin does not like soap bars as it dries it out. But then I found this product and my skin loves it! It took me a few days or so to get used to it but I really love this product and will continue to use it! The sweet orange and vanilla was a little too sweet for me, but look forward to trying the others.

I have been using the body wash bars for over a year now & love them! The last for ages but the best part is they are easy to use & don���t leave my skin feeling dry after a shower. I notice I don���t feel the need to moisturise as often after switching to the body wash bars.

I have dry skin naturally and commercial soap bars just make me itch. I switched to Ethique body bars recently and tried this Sweet Orange & Vanilla and it was wonderful. It doesn't overly lather up and my dry itchy skin is better! I love Ethique's commitment to Zero Waste and this purchase was perfect. I love that the packaging is compostable!

My husband and I have been using your body,hair and pet products for over two years now. A friend of mine gave me a body sample pack and I was hooked. I love it so much that I bought all our 38 instructors and my older children ethique for Christmas last year. This in turn gave me some Christmas presents from the reward vouchers :) I love the ethical idea of no plastic but the products are also lovely and the smells are so good. Jacque

It works great and lasts quite a while! Lasts longer than regular bar soaps I've bought from the store. My only dislike is that any of the citrus/vanilla scents from Ethique always seem to lean more toward vanilla than citrus, and I'm someone who loves a strong citrus tang -- but that's just a personal preference. I still enjoy it!

I like the feel of this bar, and it seems to get me nice and clean, but there's no scent. It just smells like soap. Not bad, but not nearly as yummy as the Sweet Orange & Vanilla body butter I got in the same order. I've always been thrilled with Ethique products but it seems a few of us got a scentless batch?

A nice product and ethically produced. I was slightly underwhelmed at the fragrance which is quite bland. Also I wouldn���t have purchased it if I had realised that it had been shipped (hopefully) from New Zealand. I thought that I was buying a uk product

If I could rate all of the products I received as zero, I would. No smell for any of the products. So disappointing and what a waste of money. I wanted to try out other brands of zero plastic shampoo and conditioner bars other than what I already use. Obviously a huge mistake. Save you money and buy another brand.
