I have taken it on an empty stomach because of morning distractions. It didn't make me super sick but I didn't feel great either. A handful of nuts fixed the problem.

I really like this multivitamin! I was previously taking D3, B12, and magnesium and found that they helped my energy...this supplement includes those plus even more helpful vitamins and herbs! It is so convenient to be able to just take 2 of these every morning (rather than a whole slew of individual supplements) and its cheaper too.

Really nice to have around when I feel like I could use it, so I carry it around whenever I have space in my bag to do so. It's also refreshing to see a mix of traditional vitamins/minerals and homeopathic/natural ingredients.
