Salon Quality Windblown Look
I've been buying Full Effect from a salon for years and was happy to find it at Walmart. It's great for adding texture and body and for getting a windblown look, even if your hair isn't thick. A 5 oz. spray lasts for a very long time because you need just a few swift sprays for maximum benefits.
