I like it that it is more quiet, more slim and picks up more stuff.

We are extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service with our Eufy RoboVac 15C Max. Our first Eufy RoboVac 15C Max only lasted 9 months before it stopped working. The company replaced our vacuum since it was within its 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement they gave us only lasted 9 months as well before it stopped working. I was disappointed to learn that Eufy's warranty on a replacement is only 3 months. If the company truly believes they are giving you a high-quality replacement, why would they not back the replacement with a 1 year warranty as well? In terms of talking with customer service to try to resolve this issue, it did appear that I was only talking with a robot. My questions were never answered by the customer service person/robot. The advice given to me by the customer service person/robot only made the problem worse – my robovac started erroring out quicker than it did before I followed the directions given to me by Eufy. The only other thing that I was offered, other than the advice that made the problem worse, was a 10% discount to purchase another vacuum. For the price you pay for the Eufy RoboVac 15C Max, I would hope that it would last longer than 9 months, however, due to its poor quality it does not appear like your robovac will last you very long. I would highly recommend that you stay away from any Eufy product due to their poor product quality and poor customer service.
