So far our eufy 30c robovac is more than living up to our expectations. We had tried a different brand of robovac several years ago and sent it back after a week because it couldn't find its way out from under our breakfast table. We don't have this problem with this eufy model. It finds its way all around the house and makes it back to the charging station.

Replaced my 4 year old Roomba with this. It has a lower profile and doesn't get stuck under furniture and appliances like the Roomba did. Like the app - it alerts me if it gets tangled up in something (like my daughter's cheer pom-poms under her bed).

I did a lot of research and found this to be the best value. It works fantastic and seriously life changing. I have a black lab and long haired cat and hardwood floors along with low pile rugs. I couldn't keep up with the tufts of hair everywhere. I come home and its clean. The only annoyance is its a new daily chore to clean it out the vacuum but worth it.

So far, we LOVE this little robot vac. Already he seems to have a personality! He goes immediately to work, automatically brushing harder in some areas and just works steadily until we turn him off or send him back to base. I am fussy and keep the place pretty tidy (or so I thought!) so it is pretty embarrassing how much new dust and dog hair this vac picks up. I use him now as often needed for quick touch ups in the kitchen, but it is just as easy to let him roam. He does the whole first floor in one session. And he transitions over low pile orientals pretty well - occasionally he gets hung up in the fringe but usually he will extricate himself after a few tries and the only extra help he requires from me is to empty his dust reservoir at the end of each cleaning round. I am not sure how long a full-charge lasts yet because after 50 - 70 minutes it always seems like enough so I just stop him and send him home. We have only had him about 2 months. I havent tried programming him via Alexa or my iPhone because I can simply touch the remote whenever I want to send him off. But so far Im happily impressed! My only wish is that he could learn to iron, fold laundry, empty the dishwasher, and walk the dog!

I did a lot of research on an alternative robo vacuum that would be suited for what I need it for and this is what was recommended in the price range I was looking for. Why buy an expensive robo vacuum when you can get one of these. Price was just right and lower than most places I have looked at. I watch many Youtube reviews as well. It has some limitations but Eufy have a wide selection of robo vacs you can choose from so check them out at their website. Works great with my Google Assistant, and it also suppose to work with Alexa and its easy to link up. You can schedule cleanings as well. Only draw back at first was it wasn't finding the charging post and was repeating the same areas but after the first two weeks, it was able to find the charging post. It will go slow but it will find it. It doesn't have a room memory to memorized the room but for me it seems to remember it pretty well. I only use it for my kitchen as it is the largest room in my house so works well at remembering. It will let you know when something needs cleaning. The dust collection compartment is small but holds a lot. I would recommend that if you have plants or curtains, power cords or anything near the floor to put them up. Don't ask. I have forgot about my plant and it rolled right over it and pulled it down. Quiet and efficient. Works great with wi-fi but doesn't have to be connected to wifi to use and the boundary strip work great as well although the strips are magnetic and on a roll so took a day and some heavy books to keep it laying flat on the floor to use it. Highly recommend this unit.

This vacuum is very quiet and does a decent job of vacuuming. My only complaint is that it does tend to get stuck a lot, and makes a lot of noise when it does. Sort of defeats the purpose of having a robot, if i constantly have to get it unstuck. The alternative is to use the very unattractive magnet strips to keep it away from areas it always gets stuck.

Working great on hard floors and very thin rug.

The good: Relatively quiet for a robot-vac. I work from home and we have a baby. I needed a robot-vac that could run in the background during phone calls and wouldn't wake the baby. This checks that box. No need to use phone app Impressive suction vs. my previous RV Minimal collisions with walls/doors/furniture. This RV navigates with much more finesse than my previous RV. The less good: -LOUD beep when you turn it on or it or it gets caught on a cord. -No web app available as an alternative to the mobile app. -The "return to charging station" and "30-minute quick clean" buttons on my remote do not work as I would anticipate. The return button does make the vacuum beep, but it will go about cleaning until the battery gets very low, then return to the base. The "quick clean" button appears to just be a normal vacuum cycle. I haven't timed it but that cycle lasts for at least 90 minutes, I think it's just a normal vacuum cycle so I don't know what makes it "quick" exactly. -It would be really nice if the vacuum returned to the base when it was full. As is, it will vacuum for 90-120 minutes and only returns to the base when the battery gets low. So, you have no way of knowing if it's full or not unless you check periodically.

I got this mainly because I have four cats and they shed a lot. I'm really surprised that it does a great job. I run it almost every day and my floors are cleaner than they have been for a long time without me having to vacuum. It's not perfect but it's a big help for me. I consulted Consumer Reports before buying and it was one they recommended.

It looked like the item was either used or refurbished. It did not contain the batteries it said was enclosed and it did not have the stickers and packing the directions told me to remove plus the front had scratches. I do not believe this was a brand new item.
