Great product. Only issue is the delayed notifications in the app. Other than that works like its meant to. Make sure you do a full wall power charge before install!

I've tried four other cameras and this one finally fits my unique needs. I use these to monitor raptors we rehabilitate and others I've tried wouldn't pick up their movement consistently. These do. Solar charger is great. Easily set up and easy to learn how to use.

This is a great camera, however what will make it better is the option on the camera and solar panel coming in BLACK. I painted all 3 of the cameras I bought so it blended onto the pole where they are mounted.

I actually use it in the backyard which is mainly woods and mountains so that I can watch the deer come in and out as I feed them

Excellent product. Perfect pitcture with one failure that it doesnt record events. I have 2 Eufy Homebases. No 2. It seems like I need another one being a Homebase 3. Why cant it be updated to record on the Nano card which already has a place for?

Very disappointed with this camera. I can watch cars and persons pass the property and the camera doesn't record the event.

Works well on wifi. Connecting to LTE, got it to work once at home. Just sits there. I was hoping to use the camera to keep an eye on our truck while traveling. I know that's not the intended use case, and sure enough, it didn't work for that as I could not get it to connect via LTE anywhere again. Software it a bit flaky, shall we say, with that process, with no real feedback as to what is or did go wrong. Also really slow. I'll use it on wifi to keep an eye on a fence adjoining where some homeless have sometimes roosted (in CA, can you tell?), but probably will never use the LTE part again. Live and learn. Cool camera otherwise!

It's a good camera with a major flaw - there are random times where it does not detect and capture motion despite it having connectivity because I can still view it live. I first noticed this after not receiving any motion notifications for several hours, which is highly unusual because I live in an area with regular activity. I had to restart the camera for motion detection to work again. I am writing this review because it just happened again (it's happened too many times)- at 5am in the morning I woke up after no notifications for hrs. This is a serious issue that NEEDS TO BE FIXED in case a break in happens one day and nothing is recorded because of this stupid issue that defeats the purpose of having a SECURITY camera for its intended function.

I got this for a remote cabin, I currently have a cheap ($28) camera there that operates on 4g, but thought I would upgrade. This is not an upgrade. The same signal that operates my cheap camera does nothing on this one. Also, my cheap one came with an unlimited data plan, $160 a year. The Eufy has a metered connection. I may end up using it around my main home on wifi, but the 4G operation is useless. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNLESS YOU CAN USE IT ON WIFI.

Support lacking. I have tried four times now to get an invoice and without success. It shouldn't be that hard!!!!!
