Super happy with this purchase. Did many hours of research on various locks and was looking for one that was going to look good as well as do the job. We are only 2 weeks into using it but so far the family is super happy. I love how every member of the family can have their own codes and it stores multiple fingerprints to be recognized and honestly I didn't realize how great this was with the app alerting me to who is coming and going. Turns out it's a great way to keep track of the kids while at work. Installation was super simple. However wish I knew ahead of time I needed to charge the battery for like 6 hours before installing it. I was all ready to go and then had to plug that in and delay my satisfaction of completing the job. All in all this is a great addition. Simple to use. Looks great. Easy set up. Has all the fail safes and security measures one could ask for.

Replaced standard deadbolt with this Eufy smartlock. What a easy and terrific way to safeguard our home! Installation was a breeze and setting up the wifi connection and the app also went easily. Love how you can let others have access while managing control. For instance, I scheduled when our housekeeper can enter with their own access code - which the app tracks. I also was impressed with how solid and hefty this lock is. Consumers Reports has it rated #1. Impressive!

Very easy to install and operate, the app is pretty straight forward and would highly recommend this product. I've a Yale Assure in the past, although it was easy to install it did not work well with any other smart devices like Eufy and was more expensive.

Has several methods of entry and does not require a Bridgeport connects to Wi-Fi and has an integrated battery. Would recommend to anybody looking for a simple lock system with multiple ways of access.

These locks are amazing, just like everything else Eufy builds. They work perfect, they're easy to install, program, and operate. They're built extremely well.

So far, the product has been great. The only complaint is a slight gap where the gasket touches the door from the lock, but it's not a major issue. The gasket makes it less noticeable, and I believe design changes could address this. However, the autolock feature doesn't always work; I need to calibrate it occasionally for it to function consistently. This isn't a significant problem, though. Apart from this minor issue, the lock performs well. The fingerprint sensor works exceptionally well, and I rarely need to use the code. I haven't had enough time for the battery to die yet. I'll update this review if anything changes. The app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. It seamlessly integrates with other Eufy products, and you can also control the lock using Alexa.

It does what it says. A spare battery if can be added it would do wonders.
