eufy Security Video Doorbell (Wired) S330 with Chime, Dual Cam, Delivery Guard

Adding the doorbell to my Eufy cameras and deadbolt has been great! Easy to install and monitor everything through the homebase and app! Fit and finish of the doorbell is great. Quality of the videos recorded are great and clear! Very happy with the product along with all other Eufy products!

The set up was very simple with the camera. Which is good, because for both Eufy doorbell cameras I've bought, each have had some sort of doorbell hardwire power issue. The picture is clear, settings intuitive enough for older folks. I do wish with a shared setting that one of the parties could turn off notifications for a remote camera while my local (home) settings remained on.

I had the doorbell installed and working in about a 1/2 hour. Super easy and sync with the homebase.

The Best door bell/camera. I love the 2nd camera that aims down for package drops. I've tried Ring, Google and others and this works far superior.

I started with a gen 3 doorbell. The app suggested this 2 for set which ended up generation 2, and not compatible with the one I originally bought. Dissapointing learning experience. Could have been better with more intelligence behind the suggestions.

I was very excited to buy this new video doorbell, but unfortunately it did not connect to the home base unit. Very frustrating. I have a similar eufy doorbell camera which I had no issue connecting to the base unit, but this one did not connect despite several attempts. Very frustrating.

It worked fine for 10 days, then I installed a new AT%26T Internet Air WiFi service and can not get the doorbell to connect. I have spent over 14 hours on the phone with both AT%26T and eufy to try to remedy the situation. Finally, eufy authorized me to send it to them under a warranty claim. They have had it now for ~10 days and have not sent me a knew one or returned my money. Very disappointed with eufy. I should have boxed it up and returned to Walmart for a cash return. I am still out $200 and I don't have a doorbell camera and have no idea when this will be resolved. I also bought 4 eufy security camera and home base still in the box as well as the same video doorbell for my neighbor for Christmas. If eufy doesn't step up soon and remedy this situation, I am going to return everything and file a claim the BBB. Very disappointed as I had heard great things about eufy.
