Got this to replace our old eufy finger print lock. We wanted a deadbolt with a new doorbell and still have the fingerprint unlock. This does is all and is connected to our other Eufy devices so I can unlock the door from the app anywhere in the world. Doorbell cam is 2k so very clear! We picked it up on a rollback for $190. Not sure I would have paid $300 for it but it is very nice to have everything in one unit.

The delivery took 2 days, it was very fast, easy to install, the video quality is very good, it looks great at night, if you don't want to pay $3 monthly you can buy an SD card for $5 on Amazon, it comes with a doorbell and works perfectly

I love how accurate is this Smart Lock easy install, easy setup and amazing app that allows you to set up your system settings as you like. Auto lock feature and finger print is incredible feature. I will update my review if any changes in the future.

Eufy is a brand I personally trust and has been so for some years now. Nothing like it to get a superb deal on a product that works well! Best thing about this is the rechargeable battery. No more changing AA batteries every 03 months.

Does it's job very well but battery can be better

Really happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase again. It integrates perfectly with the security app and existing cameras. Installation was simple. I did have an issue where the dead bolt kept catching and faulting as it was hard to turn, I think the dead bolt tract in the door is slightly angled. Some trial and error I ended up removing the supporting ring that was meant for the bigger bore and it worked perfectly after that. I do have the s380 homebase and wish I could store recordings to it instead of needing to add an SD to the chime.

This is my second S 330 purchase because the first one has been awesome and now improved with the latest software updates.

A little difficult to integrate with homebase, but figured it our in about 1 hour. (Phone display was in dark mode...QR code wouldn't scan.) Once configured it works really well! Versatile and simple to configure access individuals (codes and fingerprints)... It is marketed largely as a standalone WIFI device.Iit integrates with homebase 3! I highly recommend homebase integration. I really like the overall EUFY ecosystem and this doorlock and camera product! It does require "frequent charging " of the battery... I bought a second, to facilitate changing it versus waiting to charge one battery for a few hours every two to three weeks. Overall... Great product!

While the device is feature-rich, the high power consumption makes it impractical for daily use. Specifically, the motion detection drains over 5% of the battery per day, resulting in a total runtime of only 20-25 days—well below expectations. Additionally, the 4–6 hour recharge time is excessive given how frequently the battery needs to be serviced

Refused to price match so I had to return
