I took advantage of Boxing Day prices to finally buy and set up a 4 camera Eufy security system. This particular model was easy to install with clear instructions, no complicated steps, no intricate tool requirements. The 4 cameras respond well to physical presence, giving me a notification on my phone app that lets me review the video immediately. Two of the cameras are relatively exposed to weather but in recent days of bucketing rain and searing sunshine they've all stood up really well. Overall, I'm delighted with the product, the price, and how quickly and efficiently it was delivered.

I had 2019 Arlos. Same location same house same router. Upgraded to new EUFY but the sound only grabs 50% of the time.

Very poor after sales service if you have a faulty camera. Eufy give you the run around rather than replacing it for you. Then decide you should take it back to JB HiFi. A blank white screen is not normal! Great when they work, but my faulty camera was ignored. Very unimpressed!
