It's back to the drawing board for me in my quest for a smart lock solution that will actually work with my home.
My package wasn't placed inside my mailbox; instead, the delivery person simply tossed it on top of the other mailboxes, and it sat there all night long. In the morning, I went to look for my package and was absolutely astonished to find that it had simply been left out in the open—and that no one had stolen it. What a terrible delivery person!
