This is the best countertop icemaker I've had so far! The ice keeps longer than the others. It is quite noisy when it drops a load is the only downfall I have with it.

Five stars. Changed the way we do ice.
Changed the way we do ice here. Performs flawlessly. Much quieter than expected. Beautiful clear restaurant grade cubes in 3 sizes. Well made. Use it every other day and stockpile in freezer. The most used kitchen machine we have. Large cube size lasts a long time in drinks. Long 3 prong cord is a plus.

I wanted something that would make a lot of ice fast and this one fits the bill, after 2 dumps there was a gallon of ice!! It's pretty quiet I guess. I like it!

It's ok.
It's a great ice matching, but you have to break the ice so I had to change the setting to 4 instead of 6 which makes the ice less cold so it melts faster when I add it to my coffee 😒

Regret my decision
It has a humming noise that's a bit annoying. Worked good for a few months. Now the ice keeps jamming up in the outlet making the sensor think the basket is full when it isn't. Should have kept to bullet ice machine or spent more for better brand.

The ice maker I received did not work properly. The unit was stuck in the on position and no other buttons or functions worked.
