This things amazing. It shipped so fast and was packaged well. It was so easy to set up and it was literally spitting ice out in like 10 mins after hooking it up, again piece of cake... I highly recommend this.
Really amazing water cooler and aside from being absolutely functional and quiet, it also blends nicely into the kitchen without sticking out like a sore thumb.
I love this bottom-load water dispenser! The ice bullet cubes are nice and big. It's easy to use, works great, and has been a wonderful addition to my home.
works great, my favorite features are the bottom loading water and the locking mechanism for the hot water
Horrible non-existent customer support. Tracking number is fake, seller gave no help except to make excuses. Order never arrived. Reported "LOST" in transit to Walmart. ** Potential Buyers Beware**
