This ice maker has completely exceeded my expectations. The ice it produces is incredibly clear, perfectly shaped, and looks truly premium—exactly the kind of ice you'd expect at a high-end bar or restaurant. The spheres melt slowly, keeping drinks cold without watering them down, which makes a huge difference for cocktails!

This ball ice maker is pretty cool. It's easy to use and makes nice round ice balls that look way better than regular cubes. The ice lasts longer and doesn't melt as fast, which is great for drinks. It doesn't take up much room and feels sturdy enough.

Makes ice within about 45 minutes. I haven't hooked it to water line yet, only used the water tank. Takes about 2 tanks of water to fill the ice tray.

Easy to use. You put water in the base/bottom and the machine does the rest of the work. You get out large spheres perfect for a rocks glass. Because it's one last piece of glass, it melts slower and doesn't water down your drink as much. Plus it's just super cool!

i like the ice its frozen harder so it doesn't tha.w as fast. i like the fact the ice fits just about all glass %26 cup openings. the ice is a plus

Every guest was impressed with my ice maker, love the round shape and how fancy the drinks look. Good for any drinks especially for whiskey.

Here is the problem with this unit… Don't be fooled that it's sphere ice. It is hollow and it melts right away . My refrigerator makes sphere ice which is solid and will last all day. It gives constant error messages, the email to write does not work. It gets kicked back. In all you will be very disappointed.
