I love this ice machine! The only downside, which could just be mine, is that the buttons seem a little hard to react to my touch. It makes a full basket of ice pretty fast %26 it's quiet too.

The EUHOMY Ice Maker is absolutely perfect for me. It is much better than the "bullet Ice cube maker" in my opinion. The ice seems to last longer. The ice is made faster.

If you love small ice, get this! Not good with boba straws. It does have a nice sized bucket. Scoop handle is small.

So easy to use! As some others mentioned, the only negative is that it keeps indicating ‘full' when it's not and you have to open lid and get ice off the area where it comes out and it'll start back up. Otherwise- great product!

Loved the machine when it worked? Had problems with the power. Buttons would not turn on or off. Had issues with having to plug in and remove several times to work?

It has a humming noise that's a bit annoying. Worked good for a few months. Now the ice keeps jamming up in the outlet making the sensor think the basket is full when it isn't. Should have kept to bullet ice machine or spent more for better brand.

The reason for the rating: 1 star awarded because this machine is quiet, barely noticeable when it operates - if it operates! 4 star deducted because : Despite trying 10-12 times it just kept coming up with new things that were wrong and I was only able to get approximately maybe 8 glasses of ice out of it. So after two weeks of frustration I returned it! Specifically these these are all my complaints: Controls Design: the touch screen is on the top of the machine and the buttons are black on a black machine so if you are using it under upper kitchen cabinets you can't see the buttons. I'm saying buttons but they are more like a touch screen style key and they were all sporadically unresponsive. It did not feel like it was a durable control screen set up that could withstand frequent use and they are not extremely intuitive either. Ice quality: This isn't true nugget ice - it's chewable but it's more like little ice pellets and they melt immediately - I filled an uninsulated cup with a lid and straw about 3/4 of the way up with this ice and drove about 8 miles away with my drink in the cup holder of my air conditioned car. When I got to my destination almost all of the ice was melted. Like seriously?! It also freezes terribly. I tried bagging it, laying it flat, and putting it in a container and in all three instances it froze into solid chunks that required an ice pick. Even then it still melted quickly after use smh. Reliability: when I got this machine I let it sit upright for a full 24 hours to allow the refrigerant to settle. I cleaned the basket and the interior, added filtered water with a splash of vinegar and ran it through a cleaning cycle as instructed. When I finally got to the ice making part it made a 1/2 a basket of ice and then indicated it needed to be cleaned. I knew I had just cleaned it and it was brand new so I unplugged it, waited about an hour and then plugged it in again. It worked . . . Until it didn't. Next there was a “defrosting” notification, it had only made 3/4 of a basket so I'm assuming this was a fault. I unplugged it again, waited overnight and plugged it back in. More ice . . . enough for two drinks and back to defrosting and the buttons were all non-responsive. Then it was just running, trickling water for over a half hour but no ice - yet it worked again the next day. UGH!! Just a bunch of endless little glitches. Placement Needs: I don't know why this isn't widely advertised or known or maybe it is and I'm out of the loop but all countertop ice makers need about 6 inches of clearance around them to operate efficiently. So if you don't have a large open space for this item don't bother! It can't be up against a wall or near the fridge or placed anywhere even close to cooking appliances because of residual heat. Luckily Walmart is great with returns!

This item I ordered through Walmart and I'm not allowed to request a refund because the machine will not turn on. It was working and so I did a hold for 3 seconds for the cleaning cycle and I haven't had it a month and now when I try to turn back on it will not power up.

Item was delivered upside down so i put it right side up for several days. Finally getting to open it the piece that cuts the ice was in the tray. I have tried to research how to put it on or to take the top off and nothing. Will return if i can and try to replace or order different brand

Doesn't keep ice frozen, ice is like ice chips with a weak bond will melt easily. Within 2 days it just started leaking in the cage for no reason
