I'm an ice fanatic. I have to have ice in my freezer constantly and I have to fill my glass up to the top with ice before I pour anything in and this certainly helps me do the job lol... makes great ice, I usually make 2 gallon size freezer bags fill with ice and that lasts me a couple days... good quality works perfectly.

This is the best countertop ice maker I've ever owned! It's compact and fits perfectly on my counter, even in a narrow space. Setup was incredibly easy. I rinsed it out, plugged it in, and added filtered water at 2:37 PM. By 2:42 PM, it was already making ice! By 2:55 PM, the hopper was completely full of perfect nugget ice. The ice is exactly what I was hoping for—small, soft, and crunchy, very similar to the nugget ice from Sonic or Starbucks. It makes every drink so much more enjoyable! I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. It produces only a soft humming sound and is much quieter than my refrigerator. If you're worried about noise, don't be—it's barely noticeable. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It makes ice quickly, doesn't take up much counter space, runs quietly, and produces delicious soft nugget ice. I highly recommend it!

The 33‑lb daily capacity is more than enough for my household, and it keeps up easily when we have guests over. I also appreciate the self‑cleaning feature, which makes maintenance simple and keeps the ice tasting fresh. The machine runs quieter than I expected, and the black finish looks sleek on the countertop.

This makes the best ice! Perfect for all soft drinks and juices. We “snack” on it as well. Quality made. Remember to let it sit upright on a level surface for 24 hours after delivery

Not impressed with the product or the seller. Do not recommend. Horrible experience buying this ice maker.
