Excellent icemaker I had a little trouble connecting to the app, but other than that, it has worked exactly as advertised.

I love soft chewy ice, this machine makes it perfectly! I appreciate how quiet the machine is, it isn't loud and obnoxious like some appliances. It's also nice that machine can easily run a self cleaning cycle. You can just hold the button, or control it from your phone, the app is super easy to connect and navigate.

It has instructions on how to operate it. I've never owned one before so the cleaning of it seems excessive to me. Having to clean out so much but I suppose so. I cleaned it before the 1st use and then rinsed it out. The ice scoop fits in the bin nicely to extract the ice. It has a white noise to it. Not bothersome to me but may be to others. Just sounds like a fan going on. It has a light at the top if you want it on or turn it off. I like the size and look. Not too bulky. Once I started the machine the ice comes out bit by bit. I'd say within 6 mins it started. Maybe let it go a few hours before really giving it a go. Otherwise you'll be pinching at ice. I'm an ice eater so I was really anxious to use it. It doesn't hold the ice cold. So I see as it melts it'll go back through to freeze again. They melted quicker than I thought it would . Which to me is no biggie. But I can say this will be used daily in my household for sure

Okay. I bought this becasue it has the lights that illuminate the ice and tells you if it needs water. Plus I can control it by my phone and set up schedules so I have ice ready first thing I. The morning. Bells and whistles. I love the lights. My icemaker is pretty… I'm familiar with the brand. This one makes less ice (it has a smaller hopper and water supply is smaller, too) but it makes it faster. The ice is smaller and not pellet shaped if that matters to you. When it has a shape, it's squarish. And often it just doesn't have a shape. The machine frowns like an old man trying to get up from his chair. I can hear it three rooms away and it's mildly annoying. It isn't all of the time and you get used to it. But, still. It's noisy. The ice scoop is too large. It doesn't fit in the lower portion. We use the one from our old Euhomy. It doesn't fit in the side 😑
