Euro Cuisine TM26 Stainless Steel Thermometer

I bought this to double-check my water temperature for proofing yeast. I love the clip that lets you attach it to the bowl (or whatever) and the little slip-in case is nice too; the red color of that will make it easier to spot this in your utensil drawer.. The only drawback is that the digits on the gauge are very, very small. If you have young eyes that don't need help, you're good. If you often need reading glasses to see smaller print, count on having them with you to be able to read the gauge.

This is perfect for SCD yogurt and is marked accordingly. The price can't be beat and it performs as well as much higher priced "Name" brands.

Excellent , was small but easy to read. Works great when heating milk for yogurt.

It is very practical to use because it can be attached to the pan, i've only used it to make yogurt but i will try to use it with chocolate too. It reads the temperature very fast and has both farenheit and celsius - in my country we use celsius

Love love. So simple and convenient. Perfect for yoghurt making. I love how it has a clip which allows it to be clipped onto a pan so it doesn't fall in.

Seems accurate. Easy to clip on side of saucepan. Has marks on dial for mild boiling point (180 F) and point to cool to forvadding yogurt culture (108F)...very helpful. Sturdy protective case.

I probably received a defective product. While it quickly provides a temperature, the pointer is loose, thus the temp can vary by about 3 degrees depending on the angle the thermometer is held.

This thermometer worked great. Has lines at 180* and 110* to indicate when you are at the right temp for making yogurt.

I used this 2x to make yogurt (skyr). The third time, it stopped reading temps above 130 degrees. Luckily I noticed this and had another thermometer on hand. It is easy to read, clips easily to the side of a pan, but none of this matters when it stops working almost immediately!
