This is by far the worst purchase and experience that I have ever had. The couch is smaller than expected and far too firm. Additionally in less than 2 months the wheel has broken off of the pull out bed portion and the warranty that I purchased will not be honored. Because I stated that there was a slump in the couch and it was difficult to pull out and stay flat. They told me that because it was a "pre-existing condition" even though the wheel JUST broke off of the sofa which makes it inoperable. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANOTHER WARRANTY OR FURNITURE ON THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!
