First of all I saw this sectional online and I thought it would have been a great purchase. It did arrive quick but it was 4 huge boxes and super heavy. The instructions said to give it 72 hrs to fluff up. Here I am 2 months later couches is flat pillows didn't fluff and I actually reached out to seller whom just simply said to provide pics and didn't even care that they sold poor quality sectional. I just moved, furnished my place and I already want to get rid of these even tho I also paid for a 3yr warranty. I really do love the color and style but they are not comfortable at all. I can actually feel the wood and section clip when I sit down. I'm so boomed I really wanted these to work. Just of waste of money for me.
