So far so happy with our trampoline, everything looks good, everything came in great condition and no missing pieces, it came in three different boxes in two different days it took us 4 hours to set it up my kids were so happy jumping in it so we're happy
It was easy to assemble. I did the assembly alone. The parts came un theee different boxes. They included a small wrench and a screw driver with the package which is very thoughtful. You might need an extra help to set up the enclosure. My kids liked the trampoline and no problems so far. It looks sturdy.
I love the trampoline. Great quality and really sturdy. It was real easy to put together. Comes in 3 packages. 2 big one small. The net is a good quality with a zipper closure. The basket ball net is sturdy. Has screws and clamps to hold it up well. The basketball is a mini one though.
I am happy with the purchase. Kids love it. It is big enough. The basketball net is a plus and little additional fun. Assembly is straightforward, not the easiest. The only reason it did not get four stars is the company's customer service. I need two (2) bases because the holes did not line up for the screws. Company kept asking me for more proof of purchase each day.
Not the best... the basketball net is small ans keeps falling in places. Its made of plastic. Its kind of sagging. The trampoline has a lot of screws involved where others the pieces will slide in together so time consuming. It isnt too stable, it moves when my son jumps. Not happy with it. Buy another brand.
This is a short trampoline. Double check the height. Luckily we caught that before we put it all together. No flips or any kind for kids 4 or older due to being low. Also weight limit is 120 when description said 4-5 kids. They are meaning toddlers. We are returning for those reasons.
After making our kids wait for days my husband finally opened it to put it together and quickly found out it was damaged and had been previously used and returned. I had to schedule pick up (3 big heavy boxes) and it says I might not get my refund for up to 3 weeks. Do not recommend.
Returned the trampoline. It was advertised for adult and 4-5 children. When reviewing the instruction booklet the weight limit had a sticker added to the book to show 120lbs. Upon peeling up the sticker it appeared the booklet was printed for 200lbs. This was a red flag to us and was returned to the store.
Listen to the reviews when they say this trampoline SUCKS!! We bought it anyway, tried to put it up, and we were missing MANY screws and washers among other things that we weren't even able to get to, and a T-joint was completely broken. We ended up having to spend $$$ buying a new trampoline for our kid's birthday from a different brand, which went up quite easily with 2 people, is very sturdy, and we had no issues. This trampoline, however, had 3 people on the job, but because every part was so poorly made, we couldn't even get the frame done before having to box it up. Even if all your parts come, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dinky, over-priced hunk of metal. Get one from Academy Sports.
Where do I begin?? Of course one package arrived days after the other two. No biggie though. We finally go to put the trampoline together only to discover that the very last t bracket was broken (the attached nut had fallen off). I found a way around it, so we pressed on. Next came time to attach the u-shaped legs to the t brackets. We were missing half of the bolts necessary to do so! Went to the hardware store and we were certain that we would come home to finally finish! We reached one of the final steps (attaching the jumping mat and springs). My son and I had quite a lot of fun completing this step, until…we noticed multiple small tears in the mat! We have given up. I will attempt to order a new mat and cross my fingers that it goes smoothly, but who knows what other problems we will run into when we get to the step of attaching the safety net. I was excited to find this on clearance for half off, but now I know why it was. :( I should also note that when I tried to search the company (Euroco) it just kept bringing me back to Walmart's site so I haven't even been able to get in touch with the manufacturer. I'm not about to disassemble all that we have right now to simply return it, as Walmart has suggested, so I have my fingers crossed that we can make it work.
