A storm came through and now we have a dented top rail. Cant find replacements for the rails anywhere. No way to get ahold of manf. HELP!!!

the padding that goes over the springs is ripped. and its brand new. not happy about it .

Pretty words and a good description is all you get
Pretty words is and a good description is all your getting with this. Cheap materials and poorly made. Garbage to put together, and ripped materials in the process. Wish it was possible to return this. Would love to get in touch with customer service

Worse purchase
I got this because we wanted another more durable trampoline for our kids to be able to be outside more. We got this one cause it said adults and kids and has a weight durability of 1400lbs. TERRIBLE. My two youngest who are on it more are 74%2654lbs. We got it on March 27 2024. It's March 29 2024 and I have two little girls who are crying cause they can't jump cause the mat is so loose you can't jump. Yes we followed directions it was put together right it's not rocket science. It didn't last two days. 1400lbs!? Couldn't handle 300lbs. In the pics there's my two youngest on it 54%2674lbs and you see how low it is. The other pic of of my older daughter who's about 220. So it can't even hold that much. So 1400lbs Is a big fat lie! Now I have disappointed kids who are upset cause when they jump on their brand new trampoline mommy splurged for to be better won't even hold them without hitting the ground when they jump!!!
