Love the size
I like the way it looks and the color is very modern. I have used it one time and had no problems. Planning on using it for two cruises in the next year

Good Quality
I am very happy with this hard shell case. Upon initial inspection the zippers are good and the spinner wheels appear strong. Also has top and side handles as so many suitcases do not nowadays, plus interior has a divider zipper partition and elastic band to hold clothes in place. Looking forward to my next trip so I can see how it holds up .

as soon as I opened the luggage box, I new it was not a 28 inch. I have a 24 inch from a different vendor and this is only 2.5 inches higher, width exactly the same. depth, however is larger. I didn't measure but I compared website dimensions for both pieces %26 the 28 was significantly larger then my 24. ACCORDING TO WEBSITE DIMENSIONS, NOT IN ACTUALITY! It may also have been a return, inside was dirty %26 so were wheels. Cardboard was just thrown inside. It states handle can be raised 3 heights, not mine, only 1 height. Unfortunately, husband threw all the packaging and box out, before I could.stopp him, so I'm stuck with it. I will have to purchase another suitcase that is a correct 28 inch. I should have known price was too good to be true. if you don't really need a 28 inch, then this will be fine for you, if you don't get a "returned" item.
