Arrived,when and as described. There was extra support on the ends of each piece which I really liked. This set seemed nice and sturdy. Unfortunately, the open front USB didn't work. And the mid size piece of luggage inside closure didn't work. The open front piece takes up room inside the suitcase, leaving barely any room for anything else. The tote was as bigger as the carry-on in had a few pockets inside. Due to those problems I had to return it.
I used the product for the first time today and it arrived in Europe completely destroyed. The wheels and sides collapsed, and the sides are dented. Not sturdy.
