The weld on the side rail for the middle bed was snapped off and I was missing the back rail. Called the CSR for return and they said they would refund the item without returning it due to the repackaging issue and label… I never got refund then was told after 14 business day and no refund that I actually had to return the bed.. it's a 200lb bed with 100 parts.:: still not refund and no bed for my little ones… they gave me fake confirmation numbers and auth number for the refund. I called several time and they promised to escalate this issue.. cant get ahold of corporate to pull the so called recorded phone call. Beware****

I contacted Walmart due to this bed coming with missing and damaged components. I was given a foreign phone number and provided . Meanwhile I have a bed that was purchased and cant be used.

I don't typically leave reviews but I'm quite disappointed with this bed. 6 months in and the safety rail on the middle bunk has broken, rendering this product useless for our family. Be warned there is no warranty for this product after 90 days if you don't purchase the warranty package with the bed. You'd expect a bed to last more than 6 months, but this product did not. I would avoid it if you can.

It has nothing for the Mattress to sit on don't like it

purchased and delivered March 25th. the side rail came off of the middle bunk. waiting for them to pick it up so I can return it. the bed shaked whe. my daughter climbed to the top bunk.
