Love the bed
Love this bed frame if u build often won't be a problem just takes two people to build and put some loctight on them bolts they won't come loose .

Very well made but difficult to construct because the instructions are confusing. parts are labeled with letters, but they lack directional language to identify which parts go where (i.e. left rail, right rail). And directions should state which side goes up, down or across.

Quality isn't great
Giving 3 stars because the customer service I received from Stephanie was 5 stars! The bed on the other hand is 0 stars. The welding was done poorly and the joints were coming apart in less than a week.

This bed was a nightmare to put together. There were dents on several pieces, which caused the screw holes to not line up correctly. There were several screws that we couldn't even get to go on the bed because the holes were partially welded shut. The steps are rickety and make a loud noise when my son steps on them. Overall, this bed frame was poorly made and the quality is horrible, even for the low price of the bed.
